Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of certain products, we do not accept returns for consumable items or hygiene-related products.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at waheed.rahman@ricktorious.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.
  • Shipping: All returned items should be sent to the following address:
    120 Putney Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, B20 3PU
    You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Consumable items and hygiene-related products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at waheed.rahman@ricktorious.com.
