How billing works

Checkout and the billing portal are Stripe’s. The Stripe webhook is the only thing that changes your plan.
Cancel any time; you keep the plan to the end of the paid period, then drop to Board, never mid-cycle.
Desk is invoiced, monthly or annual, with 30 days’ notice.
